Our adventure kicks off at the designated time at the entrance to Birotería Gómez. Get ready to experience the culinary wonders that the authentic neighborhood of Santa Tere has to offer.

We will begin at this local café, where you can enjoy an invigorating cup of coffee paired with a lonche, Guadalajara’s traditional sandwich, crafted with artisanal bread and filled with regional delicacies.

Next, we’ll stroll a short distance to the Santa Tere Market, the vibrant core of the neighborhood. Here, you can indulge in crispy quesadillas stuffed with classic fillings, complemented by green salsa, cream, and refreshing agua fresca.

Our adventure continues at a popular local stall, where we’ll sample authentic goat birria, a dish that epitomizes Jalisco’s culinary identity. Its rich flavor and tender meat will captivate your palate from the very first taste.

We will then head to another spot to enjoy barbacoa tacos that are succulent and packed with flavor, prepared in the traditional tapatío manner. Following this, we’ll stop to relish delicious cueritos tostadas, garnished with lime and salsa—a quintessential street food staple from Guadalajara.
