We will convene at Praça Luís de Camões at the scheduled time to commence our kayak journey on the Côa River. Are you prepared for this experience?

Initially, we’ll travel to the area known as Canada do Inferno, where you will receive your kayak and a concise briefing on safe and effective kayaking techniques.

Once equipped with the necessary knowledge, we will set off paddling through the enchanting Côa Valley, nestled within the National Ecological Reserve. The scenery is truly breathtaking!

As we navigate the waters, we will be surrounded by lush green vistas. If conditions permit, keep an eye out for birds like griffon vultures, black storks, and Egyptian vultures.

We'll take a moment to rest along the banks of the Côa River at the remarkable Fariseu archaeological site, where you can enjoy a selection of light snacks featuring local delicacies. It's sure to be a delight!

Ultimately, we will conclude our experience at the starting point around 5 to 6 hours after we began.
