Our journey will commence at 2:30 pm, right next to the sculpture of the Heidelberg Bridge Monkey, a well-known symbol of the city. From this landmark, we will embark on an engaging exploration of this lovely German locale.

We will initiate our visit at the Charles Theodore Bridge, diving into its intriguing background. Spanning the Neckar River, this bridge features a grand gate that was once part of the city's fortifications. Following this, we will meander through the old town and make our way to the stunning Heiliggeistkirche, an impressive Roman Basilica.

The next stop on our guided exploration will be the historic University of Heidelberg. Famous for being the oldest university in Germany, we will take the time to appreciate its striking architecture while hearing captivating stories about the institution and its students throughout history.
