Tasman Island Boat Trip

After gathering at Hobart Harbour at the designated time, we will embark on a 1-hour journey to Port Arthur. Upon arrival, a refreshing tea will be served before we head to the boarding location for our boat adventure around Tasman Island.

We will begin our excursion by navigating around the isthmus of Eaglehawk Neck. As we glide along the coast of Tasman National Park, overhead you may catch glimpses of cormorants and peregrine falcons. If luck is on our side and the weather cooperates, we might even observe some dolphins!

Our voyage will also lead us to view the stunning Totem Pole rock formations, the impressive cliffs of Cape Pillar, and the lively sea lion colony on Tasman Island. After spending 3 hours on the water, we will return to the landing point in Port Arthur.

Once ashore, a delightful lunch featuring a traditional dish will be served at a local restaurant. Following your meal, you will enjoy 3 hours of free time in Port Arthur to explore the area at your own pace.

Finally, we will return to Hobart Harbour by bus, concluding the day approximately 10 hours and 15 minutes after our initial pickup.

Boat trip + Devil Park

Selecting this option means that the initial segment of your day will mirror the previous itinerary. After enjoying lunch, you'll be escorted to Devil Park, where you can independently visit the zoo and encounter the renowned Tasmanian devils firsthand.

Upon completing your zoo visit, we will transport you back to Hobart Harbour.

Boat trip + Port Arthur Historic Site

Following the previously outlined activities, you will enjoy lunch at a restaurant before embarking on 3 hours of free exploration at the Port Arthur Historic Site. With your entry ticket, you'll have the opportunity to visit the historic former British Empire prison complex at your leisure.

At the end of your visit, we will return you to the meeting point in Hobart.
