At the arranged time, you will be greeted at your hotel in Holguin and travel in a classic car for a scenic one-hour journey to the Bariay National Monument Park, where you’ll be welcomed with coconut water and a steaming cup of Cuban coffee.

"The most beautiful land that human eyes would have seen." These words were expressed by Christopher Columbus upon his arrival on October 28, 1492.

As we dive into the historical significance of this moment, we will admire a monument that commemorates this event, featuring neoclassical ruins and replicas of indigenous artifacts. This site symbolizes the convergence of two cultures and provides stunning views overlooking Jururú and Bariay Bay.

Next, we’ll visit a local residence to immerse ourselves in the region's traditions. Following this, a 45-minute horse and carriage ride through Bariay Park awaits you, allowing for exploration of coastal flora, the microphyll forest, and the mangrove ecosystems of the Cuban Atlantic.

As we proceed, you will enjoy a cultural performance celebrating Aborigine heritage. After the show, you’ll have two hours of leisure at Bariaya Beach, Esmeralda Beach, Pesquero Beach, or Guardalavaca Beach, giving you the opportunity to select your preferred beach. This time will be perfect for a refreshing swim or to savor the lunch you’ve packed.

Finally, we will make our way back to Holguin, with an expected arrival at your hotel approximately six hours after your initial pickup.
