How Does It Work?
Activate your pass upon first use for the duration purchased: 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 days within a 14-day period. Admission is allowed once per attraction. The pass is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
Children Under 3
The pass is valid for children aged 3 to 12, while most attractions allow free entry for children under 3. For specifics, check the attractions’ official websites.

Important information
This voucher is not an entrance ticket. It cannot be redeemed for paper tickets nor is it valid to access any of the tourist attractions.
Your confirmation email includes an attachment. Please check that the PDF document contains the passes you have purchased with one QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, please contact us via our web contact form.
Your pass is not activated by downloading it. To activate your pass and access any of the attractions or activities for free, just show your mobile pass (or printed ticket) at the main entrances of the attractions.

- Download your pass: Download and save the PDF on your mobile device or tablet and scan your pass at the entrance of the various attractions you want to visit.
You will activate your Go City: Oahu All-Inclusive Pass the first time you use it. From that moment onwards, you can use it for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 days over a 14-day period.

Local bank holidays may affect the opening hours of the attractions included in the pass. Please keep in mind that you will not be refunded (partially or totally) if the attractions are closed on local public holidays.
Although you'll be asked for a start date during the booking process, the Go City pass is valid for 1 year from date of its purchase.
