Perfume River Dinner Cruise + Live Music
Description
On this cruise along the Perfume River, you'll enjoy a magical evening aboard a traditional dragon boat while savoring the flavors of Hue's cuisine with dinner. All aboard!
Cruise Details
At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at Toa Kham Pier to begin an experience fit for royalty. To set the mood, you’ll have the opportunity to dress in traditional Hue attire and take photos to capture the moment before we set sail.
Once aboard the dragon boat, we'll begin a peaceful cruise along the Perfume River. As the city lights and its monuments begin to illuminate the night, you’ll be served a 7-course dinner designed to showcase the most authentic flavors of the region. You'll sample delicacies such as fig salad, pineapple rolls, and the iconic Bún Bò Hu? (beef noodle soup).
The evening will continue with a live performance of Ca Hu? folk music, a UNESCO-recognized genre that will transport you back to the city’s imperial past. Before the cruise ends, you'll participate in a lantern ceremony, where you can release your own lantern into the river while making a wish, a deeply symbolic local tradition.
After a 2-hour cruise, we'll return to the departure pier.
