Our gathering will commence at 6:30 pm at Hacienda La Caravedo, a remarkable estate located on the fringes of Ica, offering a unique evening filled with Peruvian culinary delights and traditional folklore. Prepare for an unforgettable experience!

We will start the evening with a guided tour of the historic sections of the hacienda, where we will delve into the traditional techniques of pisco production that have been preserved through centuries.

Next, indulge in a tasting session featuring five award-winning La Caravedo piscos. This is a quintessential experience you won’t want to miss! But the journey into the heart of local culture doesn’t stop there; we will also witness an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses.

The evening culminates with a dinner accompanied by a folkloric performance of Afro-Peruvian music. This vibrant show reflects Peru's cultural fusion, highlighted by the sounds of the cajón, guitar, and various instruments.

The dinner consists of three delightful courses: an appetizer, a main dish, a dessert, and a beverage. Our enchanting evening will conclude around 9 to 9:30 pm.
