Tejas Workshop
At the time you choose, we will pick you up from your hotel in Ica and head towards the Casa de las Tejas Rosalía, widely regarded as one of the top spots to indulge in this beloved Peruvian delicacy. Our first stop will be a guided tour of the factory, where you’ll uncover the rich history and significance of tejas within the region of Ica.
Following the informative tour, it's time to roll up your sleeves and dive into the tejas workshop, where you will learn to craft this traditional confection. You'll work with an array of ingredients including dried fruits, raisins, and chocolate. Once the workshop concludes, you can take home your delicious creations to enjoy later.
After approximately an hour and a half of hands-on learning and fun, we will return you to your hotel.
