Igualada Hot Air Balloon Ride

Embark on this scenic hot air balloon journey over Igualada, where you will ascend high above this charming city in Barcelona's province, gliding past the impressive Rubio and Montserrat mountains!

Description

At the scheduled time, we will convene at the Igualada-Ódena aerodrome, the launching point for our exciting balloon adventure over Igualada and the surrounding landscape.

You'll have the opportunity to observe the inflation of the balloon before we enter the basket and rise above the stunning hills and valleys of the Sierra de Rubió, a natural boundary between the Ódena basin and the Segarra plateau. From this vantage point, take in the verdant forests and the towering Cópia de Palomes, which reaches an impressive height of 837 meters (2746 feet)!

As we glide effortlessly over Montserrat, one of Catalonia's most famous landmarks, you will be captivated by its stunning views. Throughout the flight, we’ll celebrate with a toast of cava, and there will be juice and cookies available for your enjoyment!

Following an exhilarating hour in the air, we will touch down, and a 4x4 vehicle will be ready to transport us back to the aerodrome.
