Arachthos River Rafting Adventure
Our adventure begins at 10:30 am, where we will convene near the Ippostrouth restaurant, located 30 kilometers (19 miles) southeast of Ioannina. From this meeting point, we will travel together to Tzoumerka to initiate our rafting journey on the Arachthos River. Are you prepared for an unforgettable experience?
We will launch our rafting from the Politsa Bridge, descending the river while passing remarkable sites, including the captivating Klifkis waterfalls. Here, we will take a brief pause, allowing you the chance to immerse yourself in the pristine waters.
As we navigate through the gorge of the Arachthos River, you'll encounter notable landmarks such as the Plaka Bridge. It is fascinating to note that this bridge holds the title of the largest single-arch bridge in Greece.
Our rafting adventure will span approximately four hours, concluding around 2:30 pm as we disembark and wrap up this exhilarating experience.

Important information
We will meet at 10:30 am at the Ippostrouth restaurant, about 30 km southeast of Ioannina. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit and towel if you want to swim in the river.
