4-Day Amazon & Ucayali Cruise

Day 1: Arrival at Iquitos - Transfer to Nauta

Let the exploration begin! We will meet you at your hotel or Iquitos Airport, and then proceed to the DoubleTree Hilton hotel for lunch. Following this, we will transport you to the Nauta river port, where you will board the La Perla cruise ship.

Day 2: Journey to Vista Alegre - Yanayacu de Yacapana

Welcome to a new day! After enjoying breakfast, we will set off on boat excursions into the heart of the Amazon. Our first stop will be to look for the famous pink dolphins. Later, we will visit Vista Alegre and its charming butterfly farm.

During the afternoon, we will enjoy lunch before diving into the rich biodiversity of the Yanayacu de Yacapana reserve. Here, you can observe a spectacular array of Amazonian wildlife, including macaws, sloths, monkeys, and even more dolphins. For those feeling adventurous, there will be an opportunity for piranha fishing before we return to the cruise ship for dinner, accompanied by live music, followed by a nocturnal wildlife observation.

Day 3: Exploring the Marañon & Marayali Rivers - Pahuachiro

Awaken to the sounds of the jungle! Early in the morning, we'll travel by boat along the Marañon River, immersing ourselves in the enchanting Amazon Rainforest. We will also cruise by the Marayali stream, a conserved area teeming with fascinating fauna. Afterward, breakfast will be served on board.

The journey continues with a stroll through the lush environment of Pahuachiro. As day turns to evening, we'll watch the sunset from the cruise ship and enjoy a live music performance before dinner.

Day 4: Nauta - Amazon Rescue Centre - Return to Iquitos

After breakfast, we will disembark in Nauta and head towards Iquitos. Along the way, we will visit the Amazon Rescue Centre to observe how dedicated biologists and volunteers care for endangered species, including manatees. Later, you will be taken to the airport or your accommodation in Iquitos.

The package offers 3 nights on the cruise ship with full board included, allowing you to enjoy your chosen cabin category. The La Perla cruise ship features two decks along with a viewing area and cabins designed in a traditional Amazonian style, fully equipped with essential amenities: a desk, wardrobe, bedside table, hairdryer, toiletries, hot water, and air conditioning.

Cabin Options

When booking, you'll have the option to select from the following cabin categories:

• Standard: A spacious 150-square-foot (14-square metre) cabin featuring either two twin beds or one Queen bed, along with a private bathroom equipped with a shower.
• Standard with Views: A larger 172-square-foot (16-square-metre) cabin with a Queen or King bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and access to a balcony.
• Superior: A generous 215-square-foot (20-square-metre) cabin offering two single beds that can be configured into a California King, accompanied by a private bathroom with a shower, making it ideal for families.
