We will gather at the prearranged location on Leviraitti Street in Kittilä. Once everyone is present, we will kick off an exhilarating journey that leads us beyond the boundaries of this Finnish town. Get ready to dive into ice fishing!
To enhance the day's adventures, we'll hop onto snowmobiles and navigate through the picturesque snowy forests surrounding Kittilä until we arrive at a frozen lake. Along the way, take a moment to appreciate the stunning Finnish landscapes before we disembark from our snowmobiles to learn the art of ice fishing just like the locals do.
We'll create a hole in the ice and patiently wait for the fish to catch on. Throughout this engaging activity, we will share valuable tips and techniques that will help you master this traditional sport, ensuring an authentic Lappish encounter!
Once fishing is complete, we will savor a delicious salmon meal, providing the ideal conclusion to our experience. Afterward, we'll hop back on the snowmobiles and return to Kittilä, where our tour will culminate after approximately 4 hours.
Requirements
To operate the snowmobile, it is essential to possess a valid driver's license, which must be presented to the staff before the tour begins.

Important information
The local tour company will get in touch with you to schedule the exact start time for the activity. On the day of the activity, we'll meet at Levi Lapland Safaris Safari Club (Leviraitti 26, Kittilä 99130, Finland). Please be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the start of the activity.
Important
To drive the snowmobile, you need to have a valid driver's license, which you'll have to bring with you on the tour and show the staff before it begins.
Your driver's license must be written in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, English, German, French, Spanish or any other language of the Latin alphabet. If this is not the case, you'll have to bring an official translation of it.
