You will be collected from your hotel at the designated time and commence your journey to this significant location.

The excursion to Auschwitz-Birkenau will take place in a small group setting, limited to 12 participants. We will travel to O?wi?cim, where this tragic extermination site was constructed, responsible for the deaths of over 1 million individuals. Upon arrival, you will have time to explore the outdoor exhibitions at your own pace.

Subsequently, we will regroup and enter the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum. Here, you will witness the barracks, latrines, and the railway tracks lined with vintage freight cars that once transported countless prisoners. The remnants of gas chambers and crematoria will also be included in the visit. You will walk beneath the iconic “Arbeit Macht Frei” sign at the camp's entrance, which translates to “work sets you free.”

Your understanding of the Nazi regime's “Final Solution” will deepen as you discover its systematic approach to eradicating the Jewish population in Europe. After this meaningful experience, we will return to the bus for our journey back to Krakow.

• The first and last names provided in the reservation must correspond with the national ID documents presented during the visit. Inconsistencies will result in denied entry. Separate reservations may lead to different groups or vehicles.
• Tickets are non-transferable, with only one amendment permitted per booking, affecting no more than 10% of the participants.

Guide Regulations

• Visits within the camp must be led by guides authorized by the facility, excluding external guides. The language and assignment of guides are designated solely by the camp's administration, and translations may be available depending on the situation. Please note that the schedule and length of the visit are governed by the camp and could be modified due to severe weather conditions.
• A minimum group size is mandated for guided access; if not achieved, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled.
• The camp confirms guide assignments by 3 pm the day prior to the tour. Therefore, your reservation remains pending until a guide is designated. We secure entry slots and guides once the minimum group size is met; however, for last-minute bookings, guide availability cannot be guaranteed, which may lead to cancellations. It’s crucial to be reachable at the contact number provided for any updates.

Itinerary Timing

Pickup times are subject to alteration. The tour is scheduled to begin between 5 am and 1:30 pm, and the selected time on the website is indicative rather than guaranteed. Final details regarding pickup time or location will be communicated the day before the tour via various means, including email and WhatsApp. If there is a change in departure time, you will be notified. Please arrange your day accordingly to align with the scheduled pickup. Transportation will be provided via bus or minibus, depending on the group size.
