Half-Day Trip Details
We'll meet at the designated time at Plaza de Matejko and head to Cz?stochowa, a city 140 km (87 miles) northwest in the Silesia Province.
Cz?stochowa is an industrial town in southern Poland known for the Jasna Góra Monastery, established by the Pauline monks in 1382. This site has become renowned for housing a prominent painting of the Virgin Mary and the Christ Child.
The monastery gained fame in the 17th century when three hundred men defended it against a siege of 12,000 Swedish armed forces, considered the first miracle of the Black Madonna.
Today, the relic of the Virgin Mary is the most revered relic in Poland and a national symbol.
After 6.5 hours, we'll conclude our day trip by returning to the meeting point in Kraków.

The journey to Cz?stochowa does not include a guide, but upon arrival, the guided tour is exclusively in English.

We'll meet at the designated time at the Cracow City Tours office, located on Plac Jana Matejki 2, very close to the Kraków Barbican and Florian’s Gate. Please be there 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
