Unlimited Public Transport

Depending on your choice, the Kraków City Pass offers you unlimited access to both buses and trams throughout Kraków for 1, 2, or 3 days.

How Does It Work?

When you collect your pass, you need to determine which date to activate it. For instance, you might retrieve the card on a Monday but activate it on Tuesday or Wednesday if that suits you better.

Once activated, the card remains valid for 1, 2, or 3 days. If you activate it at 9 am, it will be valid until midnight on the final day. We suggest activating it on the morning of your first day to maximize your experience.

Pickup Point

For the 3-day Kraków City Pass without transport and the 3-day Kraków City Pass for students, digital delivery will occur via email or WhatsApp.

For other options, the pass can be collected at the following locations:

• Hotel Galaxy, G?sia 22a – Open all day
• Hotel Pokoje Go?cinne Jordan, D?uga 9 – Open all day
• Leyendas de Cracovia, Pawia 8 – Open from 11 am to 4 pm
• Krakville Tours office, Sienna 17 – Open daily from 10:00 to 19:00.

Closing Days

Be aware that many museums do not operate on Mondays, so it’s advisable to refrain from planning a visit on that day.
