The KL Tower (Kuala Lumpur) communication tower, also known as the Menara Tower, is one of the skyscrapers making up the skyline of the Malaysian capital, and without a doubt, a must-see in the city.
At 421 m (1,381 ft) up, this communications tower plays host to a revolving restaurant, theatres, a Formula 1 simulator, and even a miniature zoo! And from the outside, you're sure to be impressed by its elegance and the feat of engineering that it represents: the seventh-tallest freestanding tower in the world.
Ticket Options
When making your booking, you'll be asked to choose between one of the following options:
- Observation Deck: With this option, you'll have access to the indoor observatory located at the “head of the tower,” 276 m (905 ft) high, ensuring spectacular views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline.
- Sky Terrace: This ticket allows you to walk along the open-air walkway of the KL Tower, the perfect option for the more adventurous! You will also have access to the Glass Box viewpoint.
- Observation Deck + Sky Terrace: For those seeking a more complete experience, this option provides access to both observation decks of the KL Tower. You'll also be able to walk along the open-air walkway and through the Glass Box.

The KL Tower observatory is open every day from 9 am to 10 pm.
HOW IT WORKS?
Once you've booked your ticket, simply arrive at the KL Tower during the opening hours. You will need to present your ticket at the entrance to gain access to your selected option. If you have chosen either the Sky Terrace or the Observation Deck + Sky Terrace, make sure to follow the designated paths to access both the indoor observatory and the outdoor walkway.

Important information
A few hours after reserving, you'll receive a booking confirmation from our local team, Be My Guest, in pdf format. If you don't receive this booking confirmation within 72 hours, we advise you to write to us via our contact form. On the day of the activity, you must present the printed voucher.

Additional Info
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the KL Tower allows you to reschedule your visit within seven days of the original date. Please ask the staff at the ticket desks for a rescheduling slip. Otherwise, your rescheduling request will not be honoured, and your visit will not be refunded.
