Arenal Volcano Excursion

The Arenal National Park is a key destination when exploring Costa Rica. We will collect you from your accommodation at the scheduled time and journey towards the Arenal Volcano. Are you ready for a day immersed in nature's wonders? Let's set off!

After a scenic 45-minute drive, we’ll reach the vicinity of the volcano and embark on a hiking path that offers views of the majestic Arenal Volcano from various perspectives. Our first stop will be at the highest vantage point, providing breathtaking views of the volcanic cone and Arenal Lake.

The adventure continues as we traverse the Arenal National Park, where we will explore its lush gardens and rich forests. This route serves as an excellent introduction to this unique ecosystem found within the Costa Rican rainforest and showcases its native wildlife. With some luck, we just might encounter various species of monkeys and tropical birds.

Our hike will culminate at the Observatory, regarded as the ideal spot for capturing stunning photographs of Arenal Lake. Following this visit, we'll indulge in a traditional Costa Rican meal, featuring an array of rice, beans, and picadillo.

Once we've satisfied our appetites, we’ll proceed to the thermal pools nestled in the jungle, where you can rejuvenate for 1.5 hours. A invigorating treatment with volcanic mud is also available!

At the conclusion of our time together, we will transport you back to your accommodation in Arenal, thus wrapping up this memorable 6-hour journey.
