Boat Expedition on the Mar Menor

We invite you to gather at the specified location at Puerto Dos Mares, where we will board a vessel prepared to navigate the stunning coastline of La Manga. As we glide over the waters, you will be introduced to the striking features of the two volcanic islands: Grosa Island and El Farallón.

Your first landmark will be Grosa Island, renowned for its seagrass habitat and a significant bird sanctuary. Keep an eye out—you may spot an Audouin's gull, a species native to this area.

With the gentle Mediterranean breeze around you, we will proceed to El Farallón. This island is known as one of the prime diving locations in Spain. Featuring crystal-clear waters and a rich marine biodiversity, it’s a favored destination for summer enthusiasts.

During our voyage, we will pause for a 30-minute swim. The specific anchorage spot may change depending on the sea conditions, with options including Farallón islet, Grosa island, Esparto inlet, or the Mar Menor itself. Swim comfortably with water floats and basic snorkeling gear available for your enjoyment.

This enriching 3-hour experience will come to a close as we return to our original meeting point.
