Your day begins at 7:30 am, when we will collect you from your accommodation in La Paz. From there, a one-hour bus ride will take us to La Cumbre, standing at an altitude of 4700 meters, marking the starting point of the Death Road. Are you prepared for this thrilling ride?

Once we are equipped with our bikes, we will descend a 20-kilometre slope, making our way to the tourist control area. The ride will continue along the characteristic twisting and rugged paths of the Camino a Los Yungas. Breathtaking, right?

Upon reaching the end of this thrilling road, we will take a break to enjoy a sandwich and recharge our energy. The adventure continues along one of the day’s most picturesque stretches, a 32-kilometre route that leads us past enchanting waterfalls and thriving nature.

Ultimately, we will arrive at the charming village of Yolosa, where a satisfying buffet lunch awaits us at a local restaurant. You’ll also have the opportunity to unwind and take a refreshing dip in the pool after this exciting activity.

The tour concludes between 7:30 and 8 pm, at the Mercado de las Brujas de La Paz, specifically on Santa Cruz Street.

Types of Bikes

We offer two types of bicycles for your tour:

• Bikes with double suspension: Ideal for those who are less experienced with cycling. These provide stability and comfort, equipped with Hayes hydraulic brakes for enhanced safety.
• Bikes with single suspension: Best suited for riders with a higher experience level in mountain biking. They are firmer, making them a bit more challenging to handle.
