Are you ready for a glass of authentic Chilean Pisco? After picking you up from your accommodation in La Serena, we will journey westward, leaving the urban landscape behind to arrive at the beautiful Elqui Valley.

Upon arrival, our first stop will be the acclaimed Pisquera Aba, known for its traditional production methods. During our visit, we'll walk through the vineyards, distillery, and aging cellar, where you will learn about the classification of pisco as a spirit. Have you ever wondered about the origin of its name? We will uncover that mystery together!

Following our time at Aba, we will proceed to the Pisco Capel Cooperative. Here, a guided tour of the facilities will provide insight into the meticulous process of crafting this spirit, along with the dedication invested in every step.

Our next stop will be the cooperative's Pisco Museum. We will pass through the Auditorio de la Asamblea (Assembly Auditorium) and the Salón de las Medallas (Hall of Medals). To conclude our Capel experience, a delightful tasting of 6 different piscos awaits, thoughtfully paired with a selection of regional delicacies from the Elqui Valley, along with the unique ritual of Chilean Pisco from Casa Capel. It's destined to be an unforgettable experience!

To cap off the day perfectly, we will dine at a charming local restaurant, indulging in a sumptuous 3-course meal featuring a starter, main dish, and dessert, all crafted from seasonal ingredients sourced from the Elqui Valley. After our meal, we will prepare to return to La Serena.

Ultimately, we will return to your hotel, wrapping up an adventurous 8-hour excursion.
