Boat Trip Overview

Our meeting point is at the Passeio dos Descobrimentos next to the Lagos Maria, where a vessel will be prepared to embark on a delightful journey to the enchanting caves of Ponta da Piedade.

Upon boarding, we will depart from the marina and travel southward along the coastline of Lagos, maneuvering through stunning narrow inlets known as the Siamese, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Corridor. You will have the opportunity to explore the remarkable rock formations and caves of Ponta da Piedade. We will venture inside well-known caves such as the Cathedral, the Kitchen, the Living Room, and the Skull.

Having uncovered the most stunning caves along the Lagos coast, we will commence our return to the marina, taking in the sights of beautiful southern Portuguese beaches while feeling the refreshing breeze of the Atlantic Ocean. Praia da Batata, Praia dos Estudantes, Praia do Pinhão, Praia da Dona Ana, and Praia do Camilo... all these magnificent beaches are just a gaze away!

After approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of discovering this captivating area, our journey in the Algarve will conclude.

What If Weather Conditions Are Poor?

In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the excursion to the Ponta da Piedade caves may be canceled. If so, an alternative will be provided to you.
