Excursion Overview

This adventure begins at the prearranged time at the main port of Samaná, where we will board the vessel and set sail. As we traverse the bay of Samaná, enjoy the striking views until we arrive at the Las Cañitas dock.

Upon arrival, we will climb aboard a safari vehicle to ascend toward the summit of Redonda Mountain, soaring above 984 feet (300 meters). Get ready for an exhilarating ride through winding paths flanked by lush vegetation and sprawling plantations, immersing you in the rural ambiance of northern Dominican Republic.

Once we reach the peak, you will be met with stunning 360° panoramas of the coastline and valley below. Take a moment to unwind and capture memorable photos on the hammocks and swings placed on the mountain's edge. For those seeking thrill, an adrenaline-inducing zipline awaits, offering an unforgettable ride above this picturesque landscape.

Feeling peckish? We’ll proceed to a nearby town to savor a delicious Dominican meal at a family-operated eatery. You can indulge in banana mangú or a bandera, a regional favorite featuring meat, white rice, beans, and stewed kidney beans, served alongside refreshing tropical fruit juice.

The exploration continues with an exciting quad adventure as we make our way to Esmeralda Beach, known for its stunning turquoise waters and golden sands. This serene location offers the perfect Caribbean retreat! You’ll have 2.5 hours of leisure to unwind, swim, or sunbathe.
