Details of the Day Trip

Ironically named, Death Valley ranks among the most breathtaking sites in the Mojave Desert, famed for its extreme summer temperatures and its status as the lowest point in North America.

Our journey begins with a 1.5-hour drive toward Death Valley National Park, which sits along the border of Nevada and California. Along the way, we will enjoy several stops, starting with Rest Stop Area 51, a quirky shop full of alien-themed souvenirs. Our route proceeds to Death Valley Nut & Candy Co and the ghostly remnants of Rhyolite Ghost Town, before we traverse Hell's Gate, marking the entrance to Death Valley National Park.

Our next stop will be near the renowned Mesquite Sand Dunes, where a delightful American-style breakfast awaits. The adventure continues to remarkable viewing spots, including Badwater Basin, noted for being an extraordinary salt flat at an astonishing 86 meters (282 feet) below sea level, and Zabriskie Point, offering panoramic vistas of the distinctive terrain.

During our trip around the valley, you will have the opportunity to witness the stunning features of this remarkable area: awe-inspiring mountains, expansive valleys, sweeping dunes, rugged canyons, and vibrant rolling hills crafted by mineral deposits.

After approximately 10 hours of exploration, we will head back to our original pickup location.

Day Trip With Hotel Pickup

Choosing this option ensures that we will pick you up from your Las Vegas hotel at the designated time and return you to your accommodation at the conclusion of the tour.

This option includes an additional stop in the town of Pahrump, a charming Nevada community known for its wineries, where we will take a short break on our return journey to Las Vegas.

Day Trip Without Hotel Pickup

If you opt for this selection, you will be responsible for making your way to one of the specified pickup locations in Las Vegas:

• Luxor Hotel: pickup at 6:30 am at the north entrance, lower level next to the Uber Ride Share sign
• Treasure Island Hotel: pickup at 6:45 am on the sidewalk adjacent to the Bell Desk counter

It’s important to note that this option does not include a stop in Pahrump. Instead, we will allocate additional time to explore more of Death Valley.
