Desert Buggy Experience & Shooting Practice

Prepare for an exciting journey! After we pick you up from your designated hotel in Las Vegas, we'll head towards the rugged desert situated to the south of the city.

During the 40-minute journey, you will traverse one of Nevada's driest regions. Upon reaching the base camp in the desert, un instructor will welcome you to provide important safety instructions.

Once the brief is complete, it’s time to put your newfound knowledge into action. You will have the opportunity to engage in shooting practice and enhance your accuracy while aiming at the stationary targets available at the range.

Choose from a selection of 80 firearms to enjoy your shooting activity, including various types of Full-Auto, Western semi-automatics, shotguns, handguns, and rifles. Some of these weapons are even associated with iconic films and television shows.

Following your shooting session, continue the adventure with an exhilarating buggy ride through the Las Vegas Desert. This 1-hour journey will have you trailing behind the guide’s vehicle as you explore the Yellow Pine Mine area.

Your buggy adventure will conclude as we return to the base camp and then transport you back to Las Vegas. You can expect to arrive at your hotel approximately 4 hours after the initial pickup.

Buggy Tour Details

If you prefer to focus solely on the buggy experience, you can select the option dedicated exclusively to driving in the Las Vegas desert. After being picked up from your hotel, a 40-minute ride will lead you to the Yellow Pine Mine desert area. A brief safety overview will precede your buggy journey. Should you meet the eligibility criteria, you will have the opportunity to operate one of these vehicles.

The duration of the buggy tour is 1.5 hours.

Pickup Information

This experience in the Las Vegas Desert includes pickup from major hotels located on and around The Strip. Please note that our pickup service does not extend to establishments in Downtown Las Vegas. The Stratosphere serves as our northernmost pickup point.
