Catamaran Boat Trip & Sea Turtle Spotting

Trip Overview

We will gather at the designated time at the Grande Anse d'Arlet pontoon and board a modern catamaran for an exceptional journey through the sparkling waters of Martinique's Caribbean. This small group adventure, limited to just 14 participants, ensures a more intimate and enjoyable experience.

As we navigate away from the shore, our first destination will be near Pointe Lézarde and Pointe Burgos. Here, we will anchor and provide you with snorkeling gear so you can explore the underwater world. Swim above vibrant coral formations, including staghorns, purple sea fans, and tube sponges, offering a visual delight!

During our approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes in this area, we will share insights about the unique bay ecosystem. Keep an eye out for parrotfish, sergeant majors, blue surgeons, and damselfish, and if fortunate, perhaps a curious octopus lurking in the rocks—the Caribbean's biodiversity is truly incredible!

Afterward, we will continue our sailing adventure towards Bourg des Anses d'Arlet, where a sea turtle sanctuary awaits our visit. We'll pause here, and on the catamaran's deck, you will be treated to a lunch featuring grilled fish or chicken, based on your preference.

Once we've enjoyed our meal, it's time to hop back into the water with paddle boards. Glide over the turtle sanctuary, observing these magnificent creatures as they gracefully swim by, connecting you with nature in a way that's truly special. You can also unwind in the hammocks or take a leap from the catamaran's jumping platforms during our three hours in this locale.

Ultimately, we will return to our starting point, concluding our journey after 7.5 hours filled with adventure.
