Activity Overview

At the designated time, we will gather at the Le Saillet campsite, situated in the charming town of Lestelle-Bétharram. Are you prepared to embark on this rafting journey through the heart of the French Pyrenees? Let’s get paddling!

We will start with a concise briefing covering safety measures and basic paddling skills, followed by putting on wetsuits, helmets, and life jackets to ensure safety before we embark on our expedition. Our adventure will commence at the Rieulhes stretch of the river, where we will begin an exciting descent along the Gave de Pau River.

As we traverse the whitewater rapids, you will experience exhilarating currents while admiring the stunning scenery of the French Pyrenees. Effective teamwork will be essential to navigate through!

Following an adrenaline-pumping descent in this unique natural environment, we will conclude our rafting journey and return to the initial meeting point at the campsite. The entire experience will wrap up approximately 2 to 3 hours after our gathering.
