Trekking in Connemara National Park
Your journey commences at the Visitor Centre of Connemara National Park, where you can choose a time that suits you to begin your trek up one of the four paths leading to Diamond Hill, the most renowned summit in the Connemara region.
This approximately 7-kilometre trek will take you through the stunning scenery of the Irish park, rich in local wildlife, such as deer. Throughout the hike, your guide will share fascinating insights about Connemara, including its history and the lifestyle of those who live harmoniously with the natural surroundings.
At an elevation of 500 metres, Diamond Hill offers breathtaking vistas of the entire park. After capturing memorable photos and savoring the crisp air at one of Ireland's highest elevations, we will start our descent back to the trailhead.
This tour concludes after three hours of exploring the stunning Connemara National Park.

Important information
We will meet at the entrance of the Connemara National Park Visitor Center Restaurant, Letterfrack. We recommend being at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
