Day Excursion to Snow Village from Levi

On the scheduled day, you will be collected from your chosen Levi location at the time of your reservation. Our journey will commence with a scenic drive of approximately 45 minutes, traversing the stunning Arctic scenery until we arrive at Lainio.

This enchanting village is reconstructed annually from over 20 million kilograms of snow and 300,000 kilograms of pure crystalline ice, establishing it as one of the most extraordinary winter spectacles in Finnish Lapland.

During our time at the village, we will wander through remarkable galleries adorned with elaborate ice sculptures, captivating themed areas, and grand temporary buildings designed by artists from around the world.

To enhance this Arctic adventure, a pause will be taken to savor a filling traditional lunch, featuring a warm soup, before we make our way back to Levi.

Concluding this experience, we’ll return to the original meeting point after a memorable total of 4 hours.

Important information

Before the activity, the local provider will contact you to confirm all the details regarding pickup.

Please note that the tour includes transportation from various pickup locations in Levi. If you did not select a pickup location when booking, you must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park main office, located at Levintie 1585.

The local provider will provide you with a full set of warm thermal clothing (thermal suit, boots, and gloves) during the activity. However, we recommend wearing your own warm clothing as a base layer.
