Snowmobile Adventure Through Levi's Winter Wonders

We will gather at your selected meeting point for a fitting session with thermal winter apparel before embarking on this remarkable experience in Levi. Are you ready to set off?

Following a safety briefing and an introduction to operating the snowmobile, we will navigate the trails. Both a driver and a passenger will share one snowmobile, journeying through enchanting forests adorned with snow and breathtaking views.

Throughout the excursion, we will pause at strategic spots to capture stunning photographs of the Lapland scenery and, if desired, to rotate drivers. Children and adults who do not hold a driver's license can ride comfortably in a specially designed sled.

After completing our ride, we will return to the starting area to return the equipment and conclude the activity.

Available Tour Options

During the booking process, you can select from 2 options:

1-Hour Tour: this includes a 1-hour snowmobile ride along with full thermal gear. Note that this option does not provide pickup, so you'll need to arrive at the meeting point: Levintie 1585, 99130 Kittilä, Finland.
2-Hour Tour: this package consists of a 2-hour snowmobile experience, thermal gear, and pickup and drop-off service from hotels and selected locations in Levi. You can specify your preferred pickup location when booking.

Activity Conditions

A physical, valid driver's license in English (or translated) must be provided to operate the snowmobile. Provisional licenses, photographs, and digital versions will not be accepted. Failure to present a valid license will disqualify you from driving, and no refunds will be issued.
This adventure is suitable for adults and children aged 4 years and older. For safety reasons, pregnant individuals and children under 4 are not permitted to participate due to the challenging, icy terrain.
Children between 4 and 13 years old and adults without a driver's license will travel in a sled towed by the guide's snowmobile. Children over 150 cm (5 ft) who wish to ride on a snowmobile as passengers must pay the adult rate.
Each snowmobile accommodates 2 adults. In groups with an odd number of adults, a shared vehicle will be arranged with another participant. An upgrade for solo driving can be purchased on-site.
The driver is liable for any damages incurred to the snowmobile, with a maximum deductible of 950EUR per individual and per snowmobile if an accident occurs. Additional insurance may be procured on-site for 15EUR prior to the start of the tour, which limits the deductible to 150EUR.

Important information

If you've chosen the 1-hour tour, you'll need to arrive 30 minutes before the designated time at the Safari Office, Levintie 1585, Levi.

If you've chosen the 2-hour tour, we'll pick you up 30 to 60 minutes before the designated time from the hotel or point in Levi you selected when booking. The local team will send you an email the day before with the exact time, so please keep an eye on your notifications and the local team's email.

Additional Information
