The ceviche workshop will take place at Saha Terraza Cocktail Bari in Miraflores, a highly regarded restaurant within the vibrant culinary scene of Lima. This city is recognized as the top food destination in South America.

Once we are equipped with our aprons and have set up all necessary kitchen tools, the first dish we will create is a traditional Causa Rellena. This cold, creamy delight consists of potato, chicken, avocado, mayonnaise, and a blend of spices. Let the cooking commence!

The next step involves crafting Peru's famed drink: pisco. We will explore the art of distilling this beloved brandy using a variety of grapes and experience the bold flavors of aguardiente, a delightful precursor to our meal—cheers to that!

Finally, we will focus on the centerpiece of our culinary journey: ceviche. After chopping the freshest ingredients, we will create the perfect garnish and citrus dressings to complete this symbolic dish of Peru.
