Activity Overview

We will commence our journey with a pick-up from your hotel at the scheduled time, heading towards one of Miraflores' most iconic markets.

Here, immerse yourself in a vibrant display of local products, including an array of fruits, vegetables, spices, and the highlight of the market—fresh fish! You’ll learn about the essential ingredients used in traditional Peruvian cuisine, so remember to jot down some notes!

Next, we will transition to the cooking class, where we will prepare our ingredients and create delectable Peruvian dishes such as causa, which features potatoes or yellow potatoes. Additionally, we will delve into the preparation of ceviche and the renowned pisco sour, the beloved cocktail of Lima.

As we craft our culinary masterpieces, enjoy stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Following our cooking session, we will savor lunch featuring the dishes we have made, complemented by breathtaking panoramic vistas of Lima's bay.

The entire experience will last approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, concluding after our delightful meal.
