Activity Overview

At the scheduled time, our guide will meet you at your hotel to commence our journey to one of Miraflores' most iconic markets.

Within the vibrant stalls, you'll encounter a diverse array of local products, including fruits, vegetables, spices, and, notably, the market's highlight—fresh fish! We will provide insights into the essential ingredients used in traditional Peruvian cuisine, so be sure to jot down notes.

Following this, we will transition to the cooking studio where we will set our ingredients for crafting delectable dishes, such as causa, which utilizes potatoes or yellow potatoes. Additionally, you'll learn the art of preparing ceviche and the steps to create a pisco sour, the quintessential drink of Lima.

As we engage in cooking, take in the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. Subsequently, we will savor lunch featuring the dishes we created, all while enjoying a stunning panoramic vista of the Lima bay.

This immersive experience will conclude after approximately 3.5 to 4 hours.
