Santo Domingo Convent + Casa del Oidor (3.5 Hours)

Selecting this option means our journey begins with the impressive Huaca Pucllana. Here, we will stand before its towering 25-metre pyramid, delving into Lima's pre-Hispanic past. Have you ever wondered about life from 200 to 800 AD? Following this, we'll tour Lima's historic centre, where you can admire the striking architecture of the city's notable landmarks.

We'll then visit the Casa del Oidor, transporting ourselves to the mid-16th century as we savor a delightful tasting of Peruvian cacao.

Then, we will proceed to one of the most anticipated locations, the Santo Domingo Convent. Inside, we will discover the relics of Saint Rose of Lima, Saint Martin de Porres, and Saint John Macias, along with a library housing over 15,000 ancient books.

Santo Domingo Convent + Larco Museum (4.5 Hours)

Choosing this alternative, we will instead visit the Larco Museum, renowned for having the most significant private collection of pre-Columbian art in the country. Following our museum experience, we will head to a pre-Columbian archaeological site situated within a residential area.

Next, a stroll through the Historical Centre of Lima will allow us to appreciate the colonial architectural styles of the district. Our tour will take us back to the Santo Domingo Convent, where we will explore inside.
