Our experience will commence with a delightful coffee tasting. During this session at the café, you will discover the rich coffee culture of the country while enjoying the profound aroma and flavors of beans harvested from the lush Andean regions. A perfect way to start our adventure!

Next, we will take a brief 10-minute stroll to the Surquillo market, a true haven for culinary enthusiasts. Here, you’ll have the chance to sample a variety of exotic and fresh fruits. We will also investigate the numerous stalls filled with local ingredients that are essential to Peruvian gastronomy.

Our journey continues to the esteemed cevichería Maraparte, located just a five-minute walk away from the market. This venue is celebrated for its contributions to Lima's culinary scene, where a professional chef will guide us in preparing the famous Peruvian ceviche, savoring a delicious causa limeña, a dish that combines yellow potatoes, chili, and lemon for a remarkable flavor experience, and crafting chicha morada, a traditional beverage made from purple corn.

To conclude this enriching 4-hour workshop, we will raise a glass to our experience with a toast featuring a classic pisco sour, the national drink of Peru. Salud!
