Huaral Province Excursion

Your adventure will commence with a scheduled pickup from your chosen location in Lima at the appointed hour to embark on this Huaral province excursion.

As we head towards our first point of interest, we'll pause for you to enjoy breakfast at your leisure before proceeding to Hacienda Huando, renowned for its lush orange groves.

Following our time at the hacienda, we'll visit the Velarde winery, where you will have the opportunity to sample their superb wines and piscos, in addition to other spirits crafted from a variety of fruits, including grapes and apples, as well as honey.

At approximately 1 pm, we will take a break at a local restaurant in Huaral, giving you a chance to have lunch on your own and savor the region's typical dish, chancho al palo.

The tour will then continue towards Chancay, where we will visit the site of the sinking of the Covadonga during the War of the Pacific. We’ll also explore the castle of Chancay, a mid-20th-century structure that has been adapted into a theme park.

You can partake in various cultural activities at the castle before returning to Lima. We expect to have you back at your pickup location by around 7 pm.
