Situated at the base of Mount Etna and just 5 kilometers from the heart of Linguaglossa, the Vini Gambino winery offers an ideal setting to explore the intricacies of Sicilian wine. Join us at the winery at your scheduled time, and immerse yourself in this rich wine culture.

Upon your arrival, we’ll greet you with a delightful glass of white wine for a toast. According to National Geographic, this winery is recognized as one of the ten most stunning wineries worldwide.

As we stroll through the vineyards, you'll discover various facilities along a designated path, accompanied by an array of fascinating insights into the wine-making journey. From the initial grape seeds to the finished product stored in barrels, we’ll detail every stage of the process and discuss how the volcanic soil of Etna enhances the growth of the grapes and the quality of the wine.

Following the tour, we will head to the tasting room where you will savor wine while learning to appreciate the subtleties of these exquisite Sicilian selections. Our visit will conclude outside the winery after approximately 1.5 hours.

Wine Tasting Options & Appetizers

Depending on the tasting package you select, you will enjoy four to five glasses of wine. Below is a summary of the offerings and appetizers included in each choice:

• Wine tasting with a light appetizer: This includes four glasses of wine served with a cheese platter.
• Wine tasting with a full appetizer: This features five glasses of wine accompanied by hard-boiled eggs, Gambino extra virgin olive oil, Sicilian cheeses, cold cuts, seasonal soups or cream soups, and grilled sausage with roasted potatoes and spinach. To finish, enjoy a Sicilian cannoli mignon filled with ricotta, alongside bread and water.
