Our meeting point is at Praça dos Restauradores, number 24, where we will commence our enriching day trip. Prepare to explore Fátima, Nazaré, Óbidos, and the Monastery of Batalha while capturing memorable moments along the way!

The first leg of our journey takes us approximately 1.5 hours to Fátima, renowned as one of the premier pilgrimage sites globally. Upon arrival, you will enjoy 1.5 hours of personal time to delve into the sanctuary, a revered location for millions of visitors each year. As you wander through this spiritually charged environment, you'll discover the profound history of the Virgin Mary's apparition to three shepherd children—Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta—in 1917.

Following this visit, we will proceed to the Monastery of Batalha, recognized as a World Heritage Site. Here, we'll pause for a short moment to appreciate the exquisite late Gothic Manueline-style architecture that adorns the monastery's exterior.

Next, we venture to Nazaré, a coastal town celebrated for its colossal waves, situated just 30 minutes from Batalha. A true haven for surfing enthusiasts! We will visit a spectacular vantage point at the lighthouse to admire the remarkable cliffs and the ocean's dynamic waves. You'll have about 1 hour and 15 minutes to explore the area and enjoy lunch at your leisure.

Our ensuing destination will be Óbidos, located 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, a guided tour will reveal the rich history of this fortified medieval town. We will certainly view the external structure of the Castle of Óbidos, and you'll also have 1 hour of free time to shop at local artisanal boutiques.

We will then begin our journey back to Lisbon, concluding this comprehensive day trip at the original meeting point after approximately 9 hours.
