Operational Details
During your booking process, you will need to select the number of attractions to visit: 2, 3, 5, or 7 attractions. It is not necessary to specify which attractions at this time, just the total count.
The London Explorer Pass allows you to redeem credits for your chosen attractions. This card can be stored on your mobile device and will be activated upon your first use at an attraction.
Your pass permits one entry per attraction and remains valid for 30 days after initial activation.
Although you will be asked for a start date during booking, the service can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Additional Options in London
Depending on your travel plans, you might find the London Pass suitable as an alternative. This card is contingent upon the duration of your stay in the city rather than the number of attractions visited.

This voucher is not an entrance ticket. It cannot be redeemed for paper tickets nor is it valid to access any of the tourist attractions.
Your confirmation email includes a PDF attachment. Please check that the PDF document contains the passes you have purchased with one QR code for each user. If you do not receive the PDF, please contact us via our web contact form.
How to Activate the Go City London Explorer Pass
Your pass is not activated by downloading it. To activate your card, just show the QR code on your printed or electronic passes at the main entrance of the attractions:
- Print your pass: Download and print the PDF with the corresponding passes and city travel guide
- Download your pass: Save the PDF compatible with mobile devices to be able to open it easily and display it on your mobile phone to access the attractions.
The Go City London Explorer Pass offers absolute flexibility: decide on the go which of the 100 attractions included in the tourist pass you want to visit. The pass includes admission to 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 attractions/ activities, depending on the pass you purchase. The Go City London Explorer Pass only allows one visit to each attraction and is valid for 30 days once you activate it, using it for the first time.
Although a start date is requested at the time of booking, you can use the service for up to 12 months after purchase.
Local bank holidays may affect the opening hours of the attractions included in the pass. Please keep in mind that you will not be refunded (partially or totally) if the attractions are closed on local public holidays.
