The London Pass card's validity starts upon its first use. Once activated, it can be utilized for the specified number of consecutive days.

While you must provide a starting date during the booking, the pass can actually be used for up to 12 months from the purchase date.

Important information

This voucher is not a ticket and can not be redeemed for a physical ticket or used to access any of the tourist attractions.

In your confirmation e-mail, you'll find a PDF attached. You must check that the file contains the passes acquired with a unique QR code for each user. In the case of not receiving the PDF, please contact us via our web form.

The download of the electronic pass will not activate it. To be able to use your tourist card, you must show it to an employee the QR code that appears in your printed or electronic pass at the entrance of each attraction.

Printed voucher: You must download and print the PDF with the passes and the city guide.

How Does It Work?

The pass is for one person only and is non-transferrable. It is only valid on consecutive days.

Public holidays can affect the opening times of some attractions included in the Pass. The total or partial cost of the tourist card will not be refunded if the attractions are closed during the public holidays.
