The Thames River Cruise offers an engaging and convenient opportunity to explore London from the vantage point of the river. Passengers have the freedom to hop on or off at any of the designated stops as desired.
Thames River Cruise Overview
Beginning at 10 am, the cruises leave every 40 minutes from four key piers in central London:
- Westminster Pier
- Greenwich Pier
- Tower Millennium Pier
- London Eye Pier
Each cruise features an open deck alongside carpeted, glass-enclosed saloons that provide panoramic views from the river. Guests can listen to an audio guide that shares intriguing insights about the notable landmarks along the waterfront, enriching your understanding of the city while savoring breathtaking views of the skyline and historical structures.

Operational Details
Tickets are available for a 24-hour consecutive usage. Within this period, you can hop on and off at any of the four piers unlimited times, and you can begin your adventure from any location.
Key Information
- While you may see a midnight time when reserving, it is simply a placeholder indicating flexibility in scheduling. You can initiate your river journey at any time during the operational hours provided.
- A family ticket accommodates up to 2 adults and 3 children aged between 5 and 16.

Important information
You must show your voucher to a staff member of City Cruises in one of their ticket offices at Westminster Pier, Tower Millennium Pier or Greenwich Pier. You will be given your river cruise tickets and other selected attraction tickets. Tickets will not be validated at the London Eye Pier.

Although you'll see a time of 12 am when booking, this isn't the actual start time. It's just a system placeholder to show that the schedule is flexible. You can begin the boat ride at any time, as long as it's within the operating hours listed in the description on our website, which you can check at the following links:
