The Royal Mews, situated within the Buckingham Palace stables, comprises a significant equestrian facility that accommodates the carriages and vehicles utilized by the British Royal Family. Notably, the renowned Gold State Coach stands out among the collection, a historic 260-year-old carriage famously used during the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953 and for the monarch's platinum jubilee in 2022.

As you tour The Royal Mews, you will also have access to the stables housing the carriage horses. The Cleveland Bay and Windsor Grey breeds are particularly significant. However, it's important to note that the horses may be occupied with work, undergoing training, or enjoying time away from London during your visit, so they may not be on display.
