The elevator ascends at a speed of 6 m (19.6 ft) per second, ensuring a smooth journey. In just 60 seconds, you'll elevate from the ground floor to the 68th level!
The primary observation area on the 69th floor is a remarkable space, boasting three levels of height, which is beautifully illuminated during the day and provides a perfect backdrop for witnessing the city's sparkling lights after sunset.
For those seeking an elevated experience, the open-air terrace known as the Skydeck on the 72nd floor allows you to enjoy the fresh air and immerse yourself in the sounds of the city from over 300 m (984 ft) in the air.

General Ticket
This option grants access to:
- The indoor observation decks on levels 68 and 69
- The outdoor Skydeck on level 72

Exclusive Ticket
The most extensive package, which includes:
- Admission to the indoor observation decks (levels 68 and 69)
- Entry to the Skydeck (level 72)

- 5 GBP in shop credit to use at the gift shop
Operating Hours
From November to March:
- Sunday to Wednesday: 10 am to 6 pm
- Thursday to Saturday: 10 am to 9 pm
From April to October: 10 am to 9 pm.
