The event typically commences at 7 pm and concludes around 11:30 pm.

Essential Information

Keep in mind that this is an intense Halloween experience, which is why children under the age of 13 are not permitted. Additionally, it may not be suitable for those who are especially sensitive or easily frightened.

Important: this is not a valid ticket to access the park. Within the next 72 hours, you'll receive an email in your account from Universal Studios Hollywood (OnlineStoreConfirmation@nbcuni.com) in which a PDF with the tickets will be attached. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder as well.

Download the tickets and present them on your cell phone at the turnstiles of the park. We recommend you download the tickets before arriving at the park for smooth entry. This way you can avoid problems if you don't have internet access before entering the park.

We recommend that you carry an identification document in case the park staff requires it when checking your entrance. Each one is personal and non-transferable and must be kept for the duration of your visit.
