Yacht Ride + Dolphin & Whale Watching

Looking for a unique experience in southern Tenerife? On this yacht ride in Los Cristianos, you'll try to spot dolphins and whales sailing in an exclusive boat for small groups. Plus, lunch is included.

Activity Details

At the designated time, we'll set sail from the Port of Los Cristianos on board an exclusive yacht with a capacity for 20 passengers. Ready to sail the north of the Atlantic?

During an approximately 2-hour journey, we'll sail through the waters between Tenerife and La Gomera. This area of the Canarian archipelago is particularly favorable for spotting common bottlenose dolphins and pilot whales. Throughout this ride, you'll learn about the characteristics of these animals, as we try to get up close to them while respecting their natural habitat at all times.

After admiring these marine mammals, we'll pass the coast of the Playa de las Américas and dock in its surroundings. Depending on the weather conditions, we'll dock for 40 minutes in front of the cliffs of Los Cristianos or at Playa de las Vistas. You can make the most of this stop to take a dip or snorkel in this magnificent environment.

Back on the yacht, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch on board, including a cabbage salad, rice with vegetables, chicken wings, and meatballs in tomato sauce, accompanied by bread and a banana as dessert. To drink, you can have wine, beer, soft drinks, or mineral water.

After lunch, you can rest on the yacht's deck before we start a lovely journey back through the southwest of Tenerife until we reach the starting pier. Here, we'll conclude this 3-hour activity.

Whale Watching

The southern coast of the island of Tenerife is one of the best places to see whales and dolphins. However, animals are fairly unpredictable creatures, so we can't promise a sighting. The chances of spotting them depend on various factors, such as current weather conditions or the breeding and rearing seasons of different species.
