Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at the meeting point in Luleå that you choose when booking and, from there, we'll begin this adventure in search of the magical Northern Lights.

We'll head to an ideal spot, away from the city lights, where we'll equip ourselves with snowshoes, poles and all the necessary equipment to glide through the snowy forests of Swedish Lapland.

While we wait for the sky to take on the colours of the northern lights, we'll light a fire and enjoy a hot drink to help us fight the cold. With the image of the forest in the light of the fire, we'll tell you some legends about how this mysterious natural phenomenon originates.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point, where we'll say goodbye 3 hours after the pickup.

As they are a natural phenomenon, it's impossible to be sure that we'll be able to see the Northern Lights during the tour.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

On this tour, you will embark on a snowshoeing adventure under the Northern Lights. The pickup process begins at the meeting point you selected during the booking. You will be taken to a location far from urban lighting to enhance your chances of witnessing the aurora borealis.

The tour includes all necessary equipment for snowshoeing, including snowshoes and poles. As you enjoy the snowy landscape of Swedish Lapland, a fire will be lit for warmth, accompanied by a hot drink. Throughout your journey, stories will be shared that delve into the fascinating mythology surrounding the Northern Lights.
