Have you never dived before? This introduction to diving in Maafushi offers an excellent opportunity to explore the underwater world of the Maldives while learning diving techniques in the Indian Ocean.

Beginners Diving Lesson in Maafushi

We will gather at the specified time at Water Sport Beach in Maafushi. Once everyone has arrived, a qualified instructor will begin with a theoretical overview followed by a practical session before heading into the water.

This experience is tailored for novice divers, so there’s no need to worry if this is your first encounter with the underwater environment; it’s not as challenging as it appears! As long as you adhere to the safety protocols provided by the instructor, you will enjoy a memorable diving experience. Your instructor will assist you in preparing the necessary diving equipment.

Once you are fully equipped, it's time to apply what we’ve learned. We will head to a designated safe area along the coast to dive to a depth of 39 feet (12 meters).

During this dive, you'll have the chance to explore the captivating seabed of the Maldives, creating memories that will last a lifetime! Be on the lookout for various native marine species.

After the dive, we will return to the boat and sail back to the meeting point, concluding the experience approximately two hours after our initial gathering.
