Scuba Diving Experience in Maafushi

Your experience begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel at the arranged time, after which we will transport you to the Maafushi dive center. Here, you'll receive all the essential gear required for this aquatic sport, including a wetsuit, mask, and fins.

Next, we'll board our boat and head towards the designated diving area to commence the exploration. Are you ready to dive in? With no time to waste, we'll equip ourselves and plunge into the waters. As we deflate our Buoyancy Control Devices (BCDs), we'll gradually descend to discover the vibrant seafloor of Maafushi.

During this dive, which lasts approximately 50 minutes depending on your air supply, you'll have the opportunity to observe the stunning underwater world of the Maldives. Keep an eye out for diverse marine life, including vibrant fish, majestic sea turtles, manta rays, and reef sharks—the Indian Ocean is a sanctuary for an array of extraordinary creatures.

After concluding the dive, we’ll return to the dive center to return the equipment and subsequently take you back to your hotel.

Six-Dive Package

If you're eager for more, consider our option for six dives, allowing a deeper exploration of the Maldives’ waters. This package spans over three days, with two dives each day to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Prerequisites

To participate in this activity, you must possess a PADI Open Water Diver certificate obtained in Maafushi or a comparable qualification to confirm your diving readiness.

Key Considerations

It’s crucial to note that after your final dive, you should refrain from flying or ascending to high altitudes for at least 24 hours.
