Step through the entrance of Faunia and journey through the vast 16-hectare area, which is home to four extraordinary ecosystems and more than 1,200 animals. Visitors can wander through 15 themed sections, each meticulously crafted to mimic the proper habitat, climate, light, and moisture appropriate for each animal species. Truly remarkable!

From the humid climate of the Jungle to the icy realms of the Polar Ecosystem, as well as the captivating African Forest and the Temperate Forest, this visit will introduce you to unique creatures such as manatees, macaws, penguins, and lemurs. Every area of Faunia promises to astonish!

Your adventure begins in the Jungle, where you will encounter tropical flora and fauna. During your visit, you’ll be joined by manatees, macaws, toucans, and various marmoset species.

As you explore the Polar Ecosystem, you will journey to the remoteness of Antarctica, home to a colony of over 100 penguins from six different species. If the jungle calls to you, feel free to venture into the African Forest, which evokes the beauty of Madagascar. Exotic birds and lemurs will keep a watchful eye from the branches above, making it an unforgettable experience!

Don't miss the Temperate Forest, an intriguing section that boasts a rich diversity of species typical of moderate climates. You will encounter creatures like the muntjac, brocket deer, and the elegant demoiselle crane. Have you ever imagined experiencing ideal weather? The Pinnipedium exhibit invites you to engage with Guardians of the Ocean and Mission Pinnipeds, Faunia’s latest offering that enhances your visit with an educational and interactive experience for the entire family. This exhibit teaches you how to identify various marine mammal species, reveals their intriguing adaptations, and underscores their essential roles in ocean ecosystems.

Beyond the main habitats, the intriguing Noctorum awaits, illuminated by moonlight, where you can observe fascinating creatures such as the ocelot, two-toed sloth, and aardvark. Halloween Events at Faunia

From October 3 to November 1, 2026, including the holidays on October 12 and November 2, 2026, Faunia transforms into a spooky Halloween haven during weekends.

This seasonal celebration offers unique opportunities for learning:

• Experience the spotlight on the world’s most venomous creatures, including snakes, tarantulas, and Komodo dragons, alongside some of Faunia's more enigmatic residents like lemurs and bats.
• Special themed discussions will be held, where an educator will highlight the primary challenges our planet faces and provide insights on how we can contribute to its preservation. You will receive a brochure detailing the talk schedule with your entry.

On days featuring Halloween activities, you will also have the opportunity to meet Enigma, the popular Superthings character, and capture a photo with him at no additional cost!

Faunia is dedicated to fostering awareness and conservation efforts, collaborating with organizations such as the Parques Reunidos Foundation and EAZA. The park emphasizes respect for the environment and the care of endangered species, offering an additional reason to visit!
