Lebara SIM Card with Calls

The Lebara SIM card allows you to stay connected with family and friends throughout your journey in Spain, providing internet access and international calling capabilities.
How It Operates
To utilize this service, simply ensure that your mobile device is unlocked, and we will handle the rest! Upon collecting your SIM card from our location, we will activate it, enabling you to start making calls immediately. Depending on your choice, the following options are available:
- All inclusive 10: This plan offers 60 GB, unlimited national calls, 500 minutes for international calls, along with 100 national SMS.
- All inclusive 15: This option includes 150 GB, unlimited national calls, 1000 minutes for international calls, and 100 national SMS.
Validity Period
Once activated, your plan will be valid for 4 weeks, allowing you to make calls to other Lebara users during this time. Should you exhaust your allocated minutes, you have the option to recharge your card at any Lebara outlet located in the primary metro stations, suburban rail services (Cercanías), or at the airport.

- Mobile and landlines: Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, and the United States.
- Landlines only: Argentina, Australia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Israel, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Russia, Taiwan, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
Collection Point
Your SIM card can be collected from any of the Tours & Tickets outlets situated on Calle Montera, centrally located in Madrid. The store operates during the following hours:
- From 9 am to 10 pm
Note
Each individual may only purchase up to 5 SIM cards per identification document.

Pickup
You can pickup your card at any of the Civitatis Tours & Tickets store located at Calle Montera, in the centre of Madrid. The opening hours are as follows:
- From 9 am to 10 pm

- Before visiting the shop, please check the availability of SIM cards by calling +34 672 825 766 (Montera Shop).
- You can only purchase 5 SIM cards per ID card or passport.
