Description
If you have yet to experience the Palacio de Liria, unravel the mysteries of this iconic Madrid estate linked to the House of Alba by reserving your entry that includes an English audio guide.
Why Explore the Liria Palace?
Nestled on Calle de la Princesa, right in the vibrant center of Madrid and only a short distance from the Conde Duque barracks and Plaza de España, the Palacio de Liria is an essential landmark in the city. This residence of the 19th Duke of Alba showcases an impressive collection of art that spans its elegant rooms and corridors.
Constructed in 1773 at the behest of Jacobo Fitz-James Stuart y Colón, a forebear of the present duke, this palace captivates visitors with its meticulously designed neoclassical exterior. Interestingly, it's often referred to as "the little brother of the Royal Palace".
The palace features a total of 14 rooms, each dedicated to a diverse array of artistic creations.
